Enjoy a unique experience stand up paddle boarding in Cape Town. Beginners can enjoy a guided tour up and down the beautiful V&A canals while the more experienced can enjoy a trip up the Atlantic Seaboard to enjoy the views and look out for dolphins, to the tranquil waters of Granger Bay, or even stand up paddle around Robben Island.

During the course, you will be given an introduction to how the weather and environment affects you, how to carry the board and paddle, paddling technique, different types of turns, self-rescue, how to fall safely as well as how to plan expeditions and the basics of stance in the surf.
