Travel to these hot destinations before it’s too late!

Victoria Falls

Named one of the most spectacular natural wonders of the world, the Victoria Falls, Zimbabwe is a waterfall spanning 1.7 kilometres of nothing but thundering water and mist – making it the largest waterfall in the world!

The noise is deafening and the views breath-taking but bear in mind you’ll need to take a few photos and stitch them together in Photoshop as it’s near impossible to get the whole waterfall in a single shot!

Table Mountain

Table Mountain, Cape Town, South African

It’s not its height that makes Table Mountain one of the most iconic mountains in the world but its flat top which, when covered in clouds looks just like a table with a tablecloth covering it! This natural wonder of the world attracts tourists from all over and with so much to do, you won’t leave disappointed. Hike up the various routes to the top, including one that starts at the Kirstenbosch Botanical gardens and involves swimming in a natural reservoir. Take a trip up or down on the Table Mountain Cable Car which offers a 360° view of Cape Town, the ocean and the neighbouring peaks. Lunch at the top or picnic below in one the parks, it’s all up to you.

Mount Kilimanjaro

Kilimanjaro, Summit, Africa, TravelClaim the title of one who has hiked the world’s tallest free-standing mountain. Despite this fact, Mount Kilimanjaro is a relatively gentle hike with only a basic level of fitness being required. You needn’t travel all the way to the top - although the giant glaciers would make it worth the effort - shorter day hikes can also be arranged.

Lake Malawi

Missionary-explorer Doctor David Livingstone is credited with discovering this large body of freshwater, landlocked by beaches of white sand and indigenous trees. If you enjoy water sports and fishing then why not book a stay at one of the lodges located along the tranquil Lake Malawi.

Serengeti

Serengeti, Wildebeest migration, Africa, Travel Serengeti means “endless plains” in the Maasai language and along with these endless plains come endless wildlife and the epic Wildebeest migration. Visit between October and July to spot this amazing sight.
