Kamikaze Kanyon Experience in Cape Town (Western Cape, South Africa)

  • Enjoy this guided tour of a full day's action-packed adventure as well as embark on a 65m waterfall abseil
  • Test your adventurousness at Kloofing (otherwise known as canyoning) where you may be able to jump from 3 metres to 22 metres high
  • Hike to the various rock pools in the Fynbos biome which forms a part of the Cape Floral Kingdom; there are 6 floral kingdoms globally and the Cape Floral Kingdom is the smallest and the most diverse, growing nowhere else in the world
Duration: Open ended (depending on general fitness of the group)
When: 7 Days a week 
Where: 297 Long Street, Cape Town (entrance is down Vredenburg Lane. First door on the left - please ring the bell)
Summer times: 1 December - 30 April at 7:00am
Winter times: 1 May - 30 November at 7:45am
Weather: Weather dependent (TBC on the morning of activity)
What to Wear: Hat, swimsuit, comfortable shoes (they will get wet). In winter: consider a wet suit (provided by Abseil Africa) as the water will be cold
Things to Bring: Sunscreen, water (2L), swimsuit, small rucksack to carry your lunch and harness (in winter your wet suit too), towel, warm windbreaker, comfortable walking shoes (your shoes will get wet), a change of clothes
Minimum Age: 10 years
Fitness Level: Average
Maximum Weight: 120.0 kg
Inclusions: Hiking, koofing/canyoning (wet suit in cold conditions), abseiling, transport and 3 meals
Exclusions: Any additional items of a personal nature
